About me

Story

After graduating from the University of Lethbridge with a BFA in New Media I worked in Calgary for a small design firm called Glue Solutions. I started off as an intern and then was hired on full time as a New Media Designer. After a year and a half at Glue I left to pursue my interest in 2D animation at the Vancouver Institute of Media Arts (Vanarts) in Vancouver.

My first animation job was at Big Bad Boo Studios as a harmony animator on the show 1001 nights. Shortly after I worked on a brief contract with Global Mechanic as a flash animator/prop designer. Following that I was hired by Toonzone Studios and worked on 6 episodes of Action Dad and 1 episode of Yoohoo and Friends.

I always try to bring a positive attitude into everything that I do. Through my experience at school and working in the animation and design industry, I find that being humble is a very big part of being successful. There is always something to learn from everyone no matter what level of experience, and the goal is to always keep growing and learning.
